Sons and Daughters Winery: Palm Beach County first and only Winery!

Hello Darlings:

I just started a new job and I now have the weekends off!!! SO many things to do!!! On my first free Sunday I knew I had to visit the recently opened Sons and Daughters Winery in Lake Worth.

It is a family run business and I was greeted by owner Teal when I arrived.

Their wine is made from the Hibiscus Sabdariffa. All natural and no chemicals. Teal explained since the wine is not made from grapes there will be NO hangover!!!! I knew I was hooked!

The wine flight is $16 to sample 4 types of this unique wine. One sparkling, hints of passion fruit and blueberry! Also the wine ranges from 5% to 13% alcohol. Drink slowly as it will sneak up on you!

The tasting room is small and cozy. White walls and you can smell the newness! Make sure to try their "adult" popsicles!! Popsicle with a punch! What else can be better on a warm sunny Florida afternoon.

Tip: Go early! This place fills up! I was lucky to have the room to myself and Teal was able to give me as much information as I could handle!

I was told they do Sunset Farm tours where you get a chance to see some of their farm animals and a more in depth look to the fermentation process.
