When I get the shakes I go to the Food Shack in Jupiter

I ventured a bit North to Jupiter today....

WOW, WOW, WOW!!!! How have I missed this fantastic restaurant in Jupiter boggles my mind!! Well today I was treated to a tasty, fresh and amazing lunch!!!

Little Moirs Food Shack is tucked in a small shopping plaza before the Jupiter intracoastal. It is purveyor of local seafood. It opened in 2002 and recently they opened its sister restaurant Leftovers.

The inside was tightly packed with eager diners, walls covered with old photographs, a very Key west local vibe. The staff was friendly and energetic. I was offered 2 menus, one for their specials and second for their main menu.

For starters we had the Fried Tuna Basil roll, WOW!!!!!! I would have easily ordered another round! Fresh tuna wrapped in a fried wonton and wrapped with fresh basil.......

My entree I had Tandoori style Wahoo with rice and a tasty cucumber slaw. The portion size was perfect, not too big not too small..

*Thrifty tip: portions are enough for share. Order a few dishes and serve it up family style.

No reservations are needed and they are CLOSED on Sundays!!! So keep this mind!!!
